Talentify Atlas Data Licence This Data Licence is between Talentify, Inc. ("Talentify", "we", "us") and the company that holds an Atlas account ("you"). It covers the data Talentify delivers through Atlas. A user of your account accepts it for you in the Atlas panel, and it applies from that acceptance. 1. What this licence covers. "Atlas Data" means the job listings and figures Talentify delivers to your account through Atlas: daily job feed files, closed-job lists, signal report files and their daily history, and anything you download through your account's links. Public samples on the Atlas website are covered by section 4 as well. 2. Your licence. While your account has an active trial or plan, Talentify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to: (a) use Atlas Data inside your company for your own business purposes; and (b) for job feeds, publish the job listings on job boards, career sites and other websites that you own or operate, each linked to its original apply link. Your licence starts when this licence is accepted for your account and ends when your trial or plan ends or your account is suspended. 3. What you may not do. You may not, and may not let anyone else: (a) sell, resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise give Atlas Data to anyone else as a dataset, a file or a feed, except by publishing job listings as section 2(b) allows; (b) share your file links or their tokens with anyone outside your company, or post them anywhere public; (c) use Atlas Data to build or improve a product that competes with Atlas; (d) try to identify, contact or profile any individual from Atlas Data; (e) work around download limits, access controls or any other limit of the service; or (f) remove or change the apply link of a published job listing. 4. Samples. You may download the public samples on the Atlas website to evaluate Atlas. You may not publish them or use them for any other purpose. 5. Keeping job listings current. Atlas files list the jobs that closed since your previous file. When you publish job listings under section 2(b), you must take a job down within 2 days of it appearing in a closed list, and stop publishing all Atlas job listings within 7 days after your licence ends. 6. Where the data comes from. Job listings are collected from employers' and other public sources. Talentify does not own the content of a job listing, and does not check it. You are responsible for how you use and publish Atlas Data, including following the laws that apply to job advertising where you publish it. 7. No warranty. Atlas Data is provided "as is" and "as available". Talentify does not promise that it is complete, accurate, current or fit for any purpose, or that files will always be ready on time. Talentify's status page reports how the service performed. 8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Talentify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from Atlas Data or this licence. Talentify's total liability under this licence is limited to the fees you paid for Atlas in the 12 months before the claim. 9. Ending the licence. Talentify may suspend or end your licence if you breach section 3. When your licence ends, you must stop using Atlas Data and delete the files you downloaded, except as section 5 allows during its 7 days. 10. Other terms. Talentify's Terms published on the Atlas website, and Talentify's Privacy Policy, also apply. If they conflict with this licence about Atlas Data, this licence wins. Talentify may publish a new version of this licence; your account's files stop until a user of your account accepts the new version. 11. Contact.
